So today I had an encounter with the police. And no, not the band. The actual police.<br><br>
My story begins when I realize I have a stalker. She non-stop calls me, IMs me, and used to constantly text me. Hell, since they called the police, I'm just going to tell everyone who it is so I can defame her character over the internet as revenge. It was none other than Jamie Kane, whom I've mentioned before.<br><br>
Constantly, I get IMs from her and she can't seem to take the fucking hint that I don't like her. I told her I was gay to get her to lay off, and she retaliated by telling her friends that she's, "going to make me un-gay so she can date me." Then she told all of her friends to "back off" because "he's mine." How fucked up is that?<br><br>
So anyway, my friend and I were bored as hell, so we decided to call her and troll her. This girl is the most fun person I've ever trolled. I played the "Dead Nigger Storage" scene from Pulp Fiction and was able to convince her that it was my parents arguing.<br><br>
No one answered the phone, and I tried back once more about 20 minutes later. No one answered again, so I left it at that. So I get a text message about an hour later from one of her parents<br><br>
Parent: THIS IS NOT JAMIE'S PHONE DO NOT CALL THIS PHONE OR HER AGAIN.<br><br>
"What's with the attitude?" I think to myself. I was in a shitty mood to begin with, and this was the icing on the cake. So I reply back.<br><br>
Me: Don't get your god damn panties in a knot. Instead of being a bitch, why not answer the fucking phone and tell me this instead of making me look like some kind of stalker?<br><br>
About 3 minutes after this text, I get FOUR incoming calls from her parents, all of which I ignore out of spite. After the fourth call comes, I expect they wont stop until I answer. So I shoot them another text message<br><br>
Me: If you're going to play the "I'm not answering game" expect me to do the same.<br><br>
I figure it's over. But I stand corrected.<br><br>
Jamie: This is Jamie don't call me again who the fuck gives you the right to say that to my dad.<br><br>
Me: Who the fuck took that right away from me?<br><br>
Jamie: Asshole<br><br>
Me: Tell your dad that<br><br>
Jamie: I already told him you're one.<br><br>
Me: Why was he such a dick?<br><br><br>
Now, I'm not saying I wasn't one, but at least I had a reason to be one.<br><br><br>
No response, I figure this dilemma is over. That is until about 4 minutes later.<br><br>
I get an incoming call from a restricted number. I answer it and low and behold, it's someone from the Iredell County Sheriff's department. He gives me the option to go to the station, get a car sent to my house, or handle it over the phone. Quite obviously, I choose the latter. They filed a complaint for "Obscene language towards a minor." Or something along those lines.<br><br>Let me pause here. When <a href="http://www.seanholly.zeldadiscussions.com/jamiekane.html">I last wrote about her</a>, I noted how she had said she wanted to have sex with me in the shower, among other very vulguar, sexual things. And I'M the one getting a complaint filed on for obscene language with a minor? The guy on the phone also said that her parents had AIM chat logs which contained "pornographic language." Yeah, I have those chatlogs. Take a look at them. It's all her, buddy. And you can tell with each and every bit of sexual content, I reply with nothing but sheer disgust and disapproval. The guy on the phone said that if I cease all communication with her(as if I normally wanted to talk to her anyway), then everything would probably be settled. PROBABLY!? What the fuck? They called the cops for me saying "fuck" over the phone. Why the fuck would you take it further? So I tell the guy, "if they decide to take this further, I want to file charges against Jamie as well for sexual harassment and calling me an asshole."<br><br>
The guy told me I COULD do that. Then he basically told me just to wait and he hung up.<br><br>
It's such bullshit how Americans have to fucking hide behind the police. Seriously? You call the cops because I used a few choice words? YOU CAN KINDLY GO FUCK YOURSELF. Isn't our free speech protected by the 1st Amendment anyway? <br><br>

I see nothing about using power words in here. Sure you can say "but there's laws.. blah blah blah." I don't give a shit. When that law completely contradicts what's in the US constitution, then it's unconstitutional, thus breaking the social contract we have with the government.<br><br>
For example, the war on drugs essentially allows police to search you without probably cause, a clear violation of the 4th amendment. And this is brought up in many court cases. So the logic goes "law violates constitution, citizens challenge law in court." How does this logic not apply to my scenario?<br><br>
It's bullshit I tell you, I was NOT harassing her, and I did absolutely NOTHING wrong. What I've given you is the FULL story. I haven't left out one detail. You know why? Because I'm not guilty of anything.
